I learned a lot today and I’m still feeling good about my performance. She told me today that she thinks I’m ready to start doing preflight without her. My taxiing continues to improve.  Today we practiced slow flight, stalls, 45 degree turns and landings.  I feel like I’m picking things up pretty well.  I just need some more practice.  My landings are very rough, of course.  I’m sure that’s to be expected so I’m not discouraged by it.  I can’t even express how excited I am each lesson.

Oh and I got my Medical and Student Pilot Certificate with no problems yesterday.  I was ecstatic.  I have no clue why I was so nervous about getting it.  I guess I thought it was going to be harder and that I would have to face some horribly devestating obstacle soon.  *Knock on wood* I just like it too much and that seems to be my luck.  I wanted to hug the Doc when he gave it to me.  lol

Hey if you need help with landings holler at me.

I landed the plane (without much) help from the instructor on my discovery flight and pretty much rock at landings now :)

Just takes practice and patience….not everyone is a natural like me :p
