I had another lesson today.  I don’t feel like I did so great.  I have no clue why, but I felt a little nervous today.  I did really great with preflight again and she even commented on how much my taxiing had improved. But I didn’t even feel as confident about the 30 degree turns as I did on the last lesson.  Hmmmm… don’t know what that’s about.  But I did have a freaking blast so it hasn’t discouraged me. She simulated an engine failure and lead me through the proceedures for that.  I learned a lot today and I think at the end of the lesson I MAY have finally broke myself of wanting to pull back on the yoke too much.  lol  All in all, I think the lesson was successful and I’m excited about Tuesday.  The Plane

hey Pam, congrats!

Don’t feel too bad if you seem to have little “hills” and “valleys” in your progression. That’s how real human beings learn. Theoretically, we get better with every lesson and each one builds on the last one, but in real life it looks more like the stock market: the overall trend is always upwards, but from day to day it could go up, down, or stay the same. Besides, you’ve only had 2 lessons. 2! You didn’t think you were going to be Chuck Yeager in a week, did you?
